Kimberly joined Petrie Real Estate at just 20 years old as a receptionist. Over time, she built the rent roll from the ground up, managing the business from 2012 before taking ownership of the business in 2022. Today, we manage more than 120 properties, all built on long-term relationships and trust.
Kimberly has been a Petrie local for over 40 years. This is where she raised her family. Where she works. Where she knows the streets, the schools, the hidden gems, and the people.
